    Ingredients
 
     
 
  125 g all-purpose flour MYLOI ASSIROU
  2 eggs
  6 egg yolks (small)
  1 tbsp oil
  Salt

    Execution
 
     
 
1. With the flour we form a small mound on a clean work surface.
 
2. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, which we have lightly beaten with the salt and oil.
 
3. Gradually take the flour and incorporate it into the eggs.
 
4. Knead until all the flour is absorbed for some time until the dough becomes elastic and firm.
 
5. Divide the dough into balls and roll out into a thin sheet with a rolling pin.
 
6. Cut the sheet into strips, sprinkle with a little flour and let them dry slightly.
 
7. Put water in a wide pot to boil with plenty of salt and our pasta.
 
8. Boil for 3 minutes, remove from the pot and drizzle with a little olive oil.
